  • PaymentThe payment of the invoice is possible with cash up to 4.999 €, crossed cheque or by bank transfer.

CANCELLATION

  • Cancellation
    The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
    In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the holiday, the amount will be credited for one year for a future holiday.
    The cancellation of the reservation is only possible up to 30 days before arrival without any costs.
    If the cancellation is made up to 14 days before the arrival date, we charge 50% of the accommodation price.
    If the cancellation is made up to 8 days before the date of arrival, we charge 70% of the agreed price.
    For cancellations made less than 8 days before the agreed arrival date, for early departures and for late arrivals, we charge 100% of the corresponding total price.
  • Travel insurance
    • Things can happen before the start of a holiday. With our cancellation insurance you are financially protected. According to EU standards, cancellation fees may be charged if you delay or cancel a booked holiday. To keep you free of any expenses in such cases, we recommend you to take out travel cancellation insurance.

GENERAL

  • Arrival and departure
    On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 01:30pm, on the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 9:30am.
  • Pets are welcome
    You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you, subject to prior arrangement. We charge a daily rate of Euro 10.00 (without food). Please note that only certain rooms can be booked.
  • Our offer for gourmet guests
    For overnight stays with half board
    In the evening, the young kitchen team Andreas & Johanna will spoil you with a three-course menu with mainly South Tyrolean specialities and a crispy salad buffet.
  • Our offer for spontaneous guests
    Overnight stay with breakfast
    If you would like us to spoil you in the evening as well, you will find our current menu of the day on the breakfast table. Please choose your favourite dishes for dinner at breakfast.
  • Surcharge Menu “Ferragosto” (Mid-August):
